The WAB recently had a full vote to change the constitution recently and we have adopted changes to our constitution that included changes to our board of directors structure and the introduction of a dissolution clause to keep our constitution up to date. This is the first update to the constitution since 1996, and the vote was overwhelmingly positive from our membership to make the changes.
The WAB welcomes four new directors this year and we are looking at all aspects of the association to ensure the long term future of the Western Association of Broadcasters.
Our 76th Anniversary in Kananaskis, Alberta was a great success and we are looking forward to 2011 to bring more value to our members and sponsors!
