VP, Product and Talent Development
Paul is an experienced organizational leader who's media and content creation experience spans multiple countries, numerous formats and various distribution platforms. In the UK he led brand and content strategies for nearly a decade and was recognized as one of the industry's 30 Under 30.
Relocating to Canada in 2012, Paul joined Newcap Radio leading brand development, programming and operations in Calgary and Vancouver. He was then promoted to the corporate team as National Director - Talent Development tasked with improving performance across all content teams, overseeing syndication and leading talent acquisition.
In 2016, Paul joined Rogers as National Talent Coach and National Format Director (CHR). In 2017, was promoted to the role of VP tasked with supporting radio and digital teams to improve and innovate products/brands nationwide across all formats. In addition, Paul is a Performance Strategist for The Talent Lab. a boutique coaching and consulting practice with a mission to "help individuals, teams and organizations realize untapped potential, to achieve greater levels of performance that will propel them to success."
Paul lives in Toronto with his wife Amy and their home is controlled by two dogs and a cat. The house is never quiet as a result.
