The Western Association of Broadcasters (WAB) collects personal information from our customers in the regular course of doing business. This policy answers some of your most frequently asked questions, and lets you know exactly how we’re protecting the information you entrust to us.

Any individual is welcomed to review their personal information on file to update it for accuracy.

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, sign up for email communication or respond to a survey to quickly process your transaction (sale/return), send periodic emails regarding our services and for customer relationship management.

How do we protect visitor information?

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit card information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order to maintain the safety of your personal information. All credit card transactions are processed through a merchant services account and are not stored or processed on our servers. The WAB uses Stripe. Please note, the WAB is not responsible for their actions, including their information protection policies. Without your express permission the WAB will not release your personal or financial information to any other third parties.
